Privacy by design

Your holiday photos stay on your computer

A PTE project file is a small text file that describes your show: which photo goes where, how long, with which effect. That's the only thing Batch Tools needs.

The project file is edited in memory and deleted the moment you get the result. Nothing is stored, nothing is logged. Your photos and videos are never uploaded – even sorting by date taken or file size only reads the file details on your own computer.

FAQ

Questions

Is my original project file changed?

No. You always download a new copy (for example MyShow_v03.pte). Your original stays exactly as it was. We still recommend keeping a backup of your projects.

What exactly is uploaded?

Only the .pte project file – a text file of usually 1–3 MB that describes your show. It is edited in memory and deleted as soon as you receive the result. Your photos and videos are never uploaded.

Which versions of PTE AV Studio are supported?

Batch Tools is built and tested with project files from PTE AV Studio 12. Using an older version? Try it during the beta and let us know how it goes.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Batch Tools runs in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari). Open the edited file in PTE AV Studio as usual.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. Every save is a version (v01, v02, …). You can go back to any earlier version, or download it, at any time.

Why isn't my favourite transition in the list?

Batch Tools offers the transitions that are already used in your project. Apply the transition you want to one slide in PTE AV Studio, save, and it appears in the list.

What about collages and styled slides?

Slides with several objects – collages, frames, styles – are recognised. Effects and Ken Burns skip them, so your design stays intact. Timings and transitions can still be changed for them.

Will my music stay in sync?

Your soundtrack is not moved. When you change timings or the slide order, the slides move relative to the music, just like in PTE AV Studio itself – so check the sync afterwards.

Is this an official WnSoft product?

No. PTE AV Batch Tools is an independent tool made by a PTE AV Studio user. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WnSoft.

Terms & Conditions (Algemene voorwaarden)

1. Who we are

PTE AV Batch Tools (“the Service”, available at pteav.com) is offered by Unomne B.V., Westerstraat 10 A8820, 3016 DH, Rotterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 86877038, VAT number . Contact: info@unomne.com.

2. What the Service does

The Service edits project files (.pte) of the slideshow software PTE AV Studio in bulk, for example to change transitions, slide timings, effects, video volume and slide order. You upload a project file, choose the changes and download a new, edited copy. Your original file is never changed.

3. Your license

For a one-time fee you get a personal license linked to your account. It lets you use all features without limits on the number of projects or edits, for as long as we offer the Service. The license is personal: you may not share your login or resell the license. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

If we stop offering the Service within 12 months after your purchase, we will refund the license fee in full.

4. Price and payment

The price is €10 including VAT, paid once through our payment provider Mollie. Your account is activated as soon as Mollie confirms the payment. Beta testers who received a beta code from us get a free account under these same terms.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Service is digital content that is delivered immediately. When you buy a license, you explicitly ask us to give you access right away and you confirm that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). If the Service does not work as described, please contact us – we will look for a fair solution, which may include a refund.

6. Fair use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and for your own projects (personal or professional). You may not try to copy, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, access it automatically (scripts, bots) or circumvent its security. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; in case of serious misuse without refund.

7. Your files

You remain the owner of your project files. They are processed in the working memory of our server only to carry out your request, and deleted immediately afterwards; we do not store, read or use their contents. Your photos and videos are never uploaded. The Service changes your project in the way you choose. Always keep a backup of your original project, and check the result in PTE AV Studio before you continue working with it.

8. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the Service available and working well, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free, or that it supports every (future) version of PTE AV Studio. We may improve and change features. Saved presets are kept for as long as your account exists.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as it is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost time, lost work or damaged project files, all the more because you always keep your original file. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, or where the law does not allow it.

10. Beta

During the beta, features may change, may be removed or may not yet work perfectly. We appreciate your feedback.

11. Trademarks

PTE AV Batch Tools is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by WnSoft. PTE AV Studio is a trademark of WnSoft.

12. Complaints

Questions or complaints? E-mail info@unomne.com. We reply within 14 days.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Important changes are announced on the website or by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. The version that applied when you bought your license stays valid for that purchase, unless the change is in your favour.

What we process, and why

Your project files and media

To edit a project, your browser sends the project file (.pte) to our server. It is processed in memory, never stored, never logged and deleted as soon as the result has been sent back. Your photos and videos are never uploaded. If you use “Read file information”, your browser reads only the file name, size and date of the photos and videos used in your project, on your own computer, and sends just those values with your request.

How long we keep data

Account data and presets: as long as you have an account. Payment records: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Security logs: 24 hours.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with our hosting provider and Mollie, who process it on our behalf or under their own responsibility for payments, within the EU where possible. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by e-mailing info@unomne.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
