1. Who we are

PTE AV Batch Tools (“the Service”, available at pteav.com) is offered by Unomne B.V., Westerstraat 10 A8820, 3016 DH, Rotterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 86877038, VAT number . Contact: info@unomne.com.

2. What the Service does

The Service edits project files (.pte) of the slideshow software PTE AV Studio in bulk, for example to change transitions, slide timings, effects, video volume and slide order. You upload a project file, choose the changes and download a new, edited copy. Your original file is never changed.

3. Your license

For a one-time fee you get a personal license linked to your account. It lets you use all features without limits on the number of projects or edits, for as long as we offer the Service. The license is personal: you may not share your login or resell the license. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

If we stop offering the Service within 12 months after your purchase, we will refund the license fee in full.

4. Price and payment

The price is €10 including VAT, paid once through our payment provider Mollie. Your account is activated as soon as Mollie confirms the payment. Beta testers who received a beta code from us get a free account under these same terms.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Service is digital content that is delivered immediately. When you buy a license, you explicitly ask us to give you access right away and you confirm that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). If the Service does not work as described, please contact us – we will look for a fair solution, which may include a refund.

6. Fair use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and for your own projects (personal or professional). You may not try to copy, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, access it automatically (scripts, bots) or circumvent its security. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; in case of serious misuse without refund.

7. Your files

You remain the owner of your project files. They are processed in the working memory of our server only to carry out your request, and deleted immediately afterwards; we do not store, read or use their contents. Your photos and videos are never uploaded. The Service changes your project in the way you choose. Always keep a backup of your original project, and check the result in PTE AV Studio before you continue working with it.

8. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the Service available and working well, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free, or that it supports every (future) version of PTE AV Studio. We may improve and change features. Saved presets are kept for as long as your account exists.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as it is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost time, lost work or damaged project files, all the more because you always keep your original file. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, or where the law does not allow it.

10. Beta

During the beta, features may change, may be removed or may not yet work perfectly. We appreciate your feedback.

11. Trademarks

PTE AV Batch Tools is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by WnSoft. PTE AV Studio is a trademark of WnSoft.

12. Complaints

Questions or complaints? E-mail info@unomne.com. We reply within 14 days.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Important changes are announced on the website or by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. The version that applied when you bought your license stays valid for that purchase, unless the change is in your favour.

Unomne B.V. (Westerstraat 10 A8820, 3016 DH, Rotterdam, info@unomne.com) is responsible for the personal data processed by PTE AV Batch Tools. We collect as little as possible.

What we process, and why

• Account: your e-mail address and a securely hashed password (we cannot read it), plus your license status and login dates – to provide your account (performance of the contract).
• Payment: the Mollie payment reference, amount and status – to activate your license and for our accounting (legal obligation). Mollie processes the payment itself; we never see your bank or card details. See Mollie's privacy statement.
• Presets: the settings you save as a preset – to let you reuse them.
• Security: IP addresses of login and sign-up attempts, kept for at most 24 hours – to block abuse (legitimate interest).

Your project files and media

To edit a project, your browser sends the project file (.pte) to our server. It is processed in memory, never stored, never logged and deleted as soon as the result has been sent back. Your photos and videos are never uploaded. If you use “Read file information”, your browser reads only the file name, size and date of the photos and videos used in your project, on your own computer, and sends just those values with your request.

How long we keep data

Account data and presets: as long as you have an account. Payment records: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Security logs: 24 hours.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with our hosting provider and Mollie, who process it on our behalf or under their own responsibility for payments, within the EU where possible. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by e-mailing info@unomne.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
